SHORT-TERM MISSIONS APPLICATION PROCESS
A member of Grace Fellowship OPC who wishes to request financial support for a short-term mission trip must 1) complete the application form, 2) complete the personal questionnaire, and 3) send them to the Witness Ministry Team at witness@gracefellowshipopc.com. This should be done at least six weeks prior to either the expected departure date or the date by which the applicant must know whether funding has been approved.
The Witness Ministry Team will review the application and interview the applicant. If the request is approved, the approval will specify the amount of financial support Grace Fellowship OPC is able to provide. Any letter placed in church mailboxes seeking funds for an approved short-term mission project must receive prior approval from the Witness Ministry Team.
Within 30 days of returning from the mission trip, the participant shall give the Witness Ministry Team a verbal or written report, detailing their activities and involvement in the project, and what they learned from their participation.
